Q. Can the equipment be used for things other than music or parties?
A. Absolutely! You can connect a microphone to the transmitters, which opens up a ton of creative uses, including:

Conferences or presentations where acoustics make it hard to hear.

Yoga, meditation, or breathwork classes where immersive sound enhances the experience.

Property tours or outdoor events where you’d rather not yell or use a megaphone.
💡 Side note: One of the coolest things we’ve done was a guided hike through the woods that ended in a cave—where we turned on the music and had a cave dance party!

Q. What is the battery life of the headphones?
A. The battery lasts about 6 hours. If your event runs longer, you can rent double the amount of equipment and recharge the first set during downtime. Chargers are included at no additional cost.

Q. How long do the headphones take to charge?
A. Typically 1–2 hours, depending on how long they’ve been in use.

Q. How do the headphones charge?
A. Each headset plugs into a charging cord. There are 20 charging ports per plug which plug into a standard wall outlet.

Q. Can we hire help to charge the headphones between uses?
A. Of course! We’re happy to manage the equipment for you for an additional $100–$200, depending on the details of your event. Reach out for an exact quote.

Q. How is the sound transmitted?
A. Our systems use Radio Frequency (RF) transmission for high-quality, interference-free sound.

Q. If we need the equipment for more than 24 hours, is that extra?
A. Yes. Prices for single-day rentals are listed online. For multi-day rentals, simply multiply the package price by the number of days and enjoy a 10% discount for multi-day bookings.

Q. How can I pay?
A. I’ll send an invoice that you can pay online by credit card. If you’d prefer to pay by check or Venmo, just let me know and we’ll make it work!

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. The deposit is non-refundable, but if you cancel before the full payment is due, there’s no obligation to pay the remaining balance.

That said, this is a small, locally owned business—just one little me running the show!—so I really appreciate your mindfulness when making any changes to your booking.

Q. Do the headphones work with hearing aids?
A. I’m still testing this out and learning about the different types of hearing aids. However, since the headphones have adjustable volume controls, participants can remove their hearing aids if needed and simply adjust the headset volume to a comfortable level.
