Join us for a curated evening of intimacy, movement, freedom, touch, and connection in a warm, cozy space. You’ll be guided through breathwork, boundary-setting, silent ecstatic dance, and an optional gentle touch practice—all flowing into optional cuddles, rest, and a closing circle.

Our culture often confuses or suppresses touch, leaving us starved for intimate physical connection.

This monthly gathering is designed to re-learn what it means to touch and be touched with attunement, presence, and care. Over time, we’re creating a community where sharing touch may be normalized, celebrated, and deeply healing.

💫 You choose your level of participation. Prefer to observe? You are welcome. Want to just dance alone? The floor is yours. Curious about exploring touch or energetic connection with others? Try it gently, at your own pace.

As always, there are no expectations to engage in anything that doesn’t feel right for you. This is a space to practice honoring both our “yes’s” and our “no’s,” and to move at our own level of comfort.

‣Wear smooth, breathable clothing that feels good to move and touch in

‣Silent disco headphones with two channels: Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath

‣Two spaces to flow between:

💃Dance – freedom of movement and expression, energetic connection with self and others🫶Social – cuddles, conversation, and integration

🌀 Evening Flow (2.5 hours)

‣Settle In → Breathwork, body scan

‣Consent & Boundaries Chat → Required to continue. Doors close at 6:45pm, no late entry

‣Silent Ecstatic Dance → No touch or talking, focus is on connection to self

‣Break → Choose between blindfolded (or closed eyes) touch practice, continued dance, or cuddles & chat

‣Optional Energetic Connection Exercise→ A gentle, optional exploration that removes the judging mind and invites deep energetic and physical connection

‣Free Dance & Connection → Float between ecstatic dance, touch connection, cuddles, and conversation

Closing Circle → Rest, reflection, and shared presence
